Dear all,
since you did not participate at our meeting, I would like to take this opportunity and by sending this e-mail inform you about an important project, that was discussed. Our company BL, s. r. o. has for years in a row surpluses in warehouses. After many consultations in an inner circle of our company, we came to a conclusion to give away goods to people in need. India has been for a long time on our minds, because of the terrible conditions children and they families must live in. And because few of our manufactories residents in this country, we are fully aware of their way of life. These people are dying out of hunger, lacking of drinkable water, electricity or proper health care and now we have a chance to help them and make their lives, even if just a little bit better. Although this project might seem perfect it has one huge barrier. In May 2017 were imposed sanctions on India. Those exact sanctions are targeting our goods. Unfortunately, this makes us unable to send goods there and most importantly it prevents us from helping them. As you know, the Council of European Union could manage us to get the needed exception to export goods to India and distribute them between families, that are living in slums nowadays. We are trying thought this e-mail to apply for,, Exception to import gun non-relative goods’’ to India, or at least get a chance to continue in further talks with corresponding committee or commission.
