Hey guys, need your help! I couldnt find the translation in any dictionary TT This is from the agreement:
"the (1) Firm shall be obliged to advise the (2) Firm whether and to which extent the fees for the services to be performed are secured".
Context: If the (2) Firm working on the matter is not satisfied that the fees are secured, it may ask the Client for a reasonable advance-payment or fee deposit. Except for cases of urgency, upon request by the (1) Firm, the (2) shall inform on their fee rates and envisaged budget for the matter well in advance before the services are performed
I don't understand what "fees are secured" means!!
Another one, please explain what "consistent delivery of lawyers" means. In Context: Firm shall be featured as a leadind law firm with consisten delivery of top quality lawyers and work product as recognized by peer ranking.
