First of all, in everything you do you have to be self-motivated. Positive attitude and behaviors are necessary for you to succeed in the work world. Indeed, you will encounter lots of difficulties throughout your life, but think positively and take these obstacles like lessons for the future. Likewise, jobs became more individual, that's why you can't count on others to help you in your succes. Some people will try to pull you down and to prevent you from going forward, some are just going to be your rivals and others will try to help you, but you gotta know that everyone want to succeed in life, so they might not always have time for you. Thus, the only person you can count on is yourself. Self-motivation and positive attitude are some of the important keys you have to understand in order to reach success.
Second of all, communication is another essential skill you need to develop. In fact, as I know you, you are very shy and that kind of personality is a disadvantage in the work world. Indeed, if you want to be distinguished among the others, you have to be confident and to show why you deserve success. Equally, by communicating, you will be able to talk about your ideas and solutions about certain concepts. Son, you have always been innovator and creative, so don't trow away your talents, show your cleverness! Again, some people will try to pull you down by telling you that you are doing wrong or that your ideas are impossible to achieve, but don't listen to them and communicate your ideas with confidence. There will always be people who will agree with you, and who will listen to your ingenious ideas!
