Sport plays an important role in our life. Many people believe that doing sports helps to keep fit and healthy. The others sure that sport takes a lot of time and energy. Let us start by considerin­g pros and cons of it.
On the one hand sport teaches us to overcome difficult and builds our character. Many people enjoy doing sports and think that it is a good way to spare free time; sport helps them to be strong and beautiful.
However to control weight you have to follow a diet, can others object. Besides some people afraid that extreme sports can cause a lot of injuries. They also say that lose makes you unhappy and lead to psychologi­cal problems.
To sum up, I can say that there are pros and cons of sport. All things considered above, I would like to stress, that sport is good for health, but only if you are sport-lover; and no one should forget the famous saying: “To have a healthy mind you must have a healthy body”.
